GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS : 

  • Gift Vouchers are not redeemable.

  • The Colour Clininc and Colour & Style Clinic services will take place at One of a Style HQ or at the London studio, unless agreed otherwise.

  • The Personal Shopping will take place in London unless agreed otherwise. The shopping trip will be anyway planned and confirmed with the recipient of the Gift Voucher.

  • The Wardrobe Edit will take place at the client’s place. Depending on where the recipient lives, I may charge travel expenses on top of the session price.

  • Gift Vouchers are subject to available appointments.

  • Gift Vouchers have 6 months of validity by the purchase.

  • Gift Voucher’s beneficiaries must come forward to book their session with One of a Style, by writing to stefania@oneofastyle.com. In the event that a Gift Voucher won't be benefited within 6 months after the purchase, it will lose validity.

  • A not benefited Gift Voucher won't be refunded.

  • Rescheduling an appointment is possible and free up to 48 hours before the date. The whole amount of the service will be charged if the session is canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment.

  • The Gift Voucher is not transferable.

  • No part of the Gift Voucher is exchangeable for cash or any other Service.

  • Entry and purchase of the Gift Voucher imply acceptance of these terms and conditions as final and binding.

  • One of a Style shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the Gift Voucher purchasing.
