About One Of A Style: Meet the Team Behind, Including Our Founder Stefania Bartolomei

One of a Style has evolved from a one-woman passion project to a successful, growing business, with additional stylists on the team as well as trust associates. Here’s a snapshot of who we are, and why we love what we do.

Stefania Bartolomei -
Personal style coaching with an Italian twist

My style story starts in Florence, a city where fashion is the air we breathe. Having trained in Fashion Design, and spent 10 years working in the industry, I came to London to share my Italian style secrets and passion for self-expression through One of a Style.

For me, being a personal style coach is about much more than clothes. I take time to really get to know my clients, kicking off every session with a coffee and chat, to find out what they’re like, as well as what they like, before we get started.

By understanding how my clients live their lives and how they want to feel, I can help them create a look that oozes confidence. I make shopping trips loads of fun; one of my favourite parts of my job is seeing my clients smile at their reflection as they try on what we’ve chosen.

Nathalie Bridges - Creating a positive impact on women’s life through styling.

At 55, as a wife and mother of two, my journey into personal style began later in life. During my career in the reinsurance industry, I discovered that my wardrobe was my primary means of self-expression and empowerment.

I firmly believe that dressing in clothes that flatter your shape and choosing the right colors for your skin tone can transform your appearance and boost your confidence. When you look your best, you feel your best, and this positively impacts everything you do.

Fashion and makeup have always been my passions. Meeting Stefania was the turning point that transformed this passion into a vocation. Under her expert guidance, I have honed my skills to help other women feel and look their best. Now, I'm excited to share this knowledge with you!
